Please Note: Elevate Packaging is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments once items have been dispatched with the carrier. In the event that your shipment is delayed or goes missing, we recommend promptly contacting the carrier for further assistance. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but external factors beyond our control may impact shipping times.
 

In-stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items will be shipped promptly.

Pre-ordered, Out-of-stock, and Back-ordered Items: These products will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Combined Orders: By default, we hold your entire order until every item is available. This means we'll ship everything together, once your pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

If you'd like to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders:

  • One order for all the in-stock items.
  • A second order for the pre-ordered items.

This ensures that your in-stock items are dispatched right away, while your pre-ordered items will follow as soon as they are available.

 


International Shipping

We try our best to get internationally shipped packages to you as quickly and painlessly as possible, however we are not responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or any lost international packages. Unless specified otherwise, International shipments are sold Ex Works, and customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, and any other charges related to an International shipment. Fees may be charged with the invoice or after the invoice.
 
We are unfortunately unable to ship partial orders to international customers. If your international order contains out-of-stock items, a customer service representative will contact you for next steps. If you choose to ship the available items, we'll offer a credit or refund for the unavailable ones
