Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your compostable packaging order. If you have questions or need assistance, we’re here to help. If you wish to make a return or your order arrives damaged, please review the return policy below for next steps.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition.
Email your return request to delight@elevatepackaging.com, send via our contact form, or call +1.773.276.4554.
Please include:

  • Order # or Invoice
  • Order Date & Method (Website or Phone)
  • Your Name, Email, and Phone Number
  • Lot Number(s)
  • Photos (if applicable)

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Please email us the tracking number once shipped.


Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit to your Elevate Packaging account.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on the same account and is valid for up to 1 year.
  • Exchanges within $5 of original value can be swapped at no charge or credit applied.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at delight@elevatepackaging.com with:

  • Order # or Invoice
  • Your Name, Email, and Phone Number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.


Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Final Sale or Closeout items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
  • Customized, printed, cut, or converted items may not be returned unless there was a production error on our part. We'll always work toward a fair resolution.
  • Customers are responsible for all transaction-related fees (shipping, customs, duties, VAT, etc.), which will be deducted from any refund or credit.
  • Customers with excessive returns may be subject to a modified return policy. We’ll notify you if this applies.
